I was told what day the sink would be ready (holes had to be drilled) and it was ready to go and shipped right on time. The price was great too! We found your web site and ordered the MTKS-250.Our experience was very positive,from the ordering to the arrival of the sink, A minor modification to the cabinet face and doors was necessary to install the sink properly. As I mentioned I added a cutting board, so the sink needed to be scribed around the profile of the granite on one side, and square for the butcher block on the other side. Cutting was easy with a jig saw and the faucet holes were easy as well, The sink is well made, easy to install and looks gorgeous installed , wy wife love the depth of the sink.
